Erica is a licensed pelvic health occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience. In her private practice, she specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) as the main modality to help facilitate and support clients’ in their healing journey. 

Her personal journey with pain & shame led Erica to discover the transformative power of myofascial release (MFR). For years, she was told that her pain and symptoms were a result of ‘being a woman’ or that they were simply in her head. But through her own experience with MFR, she learned that the root of her issues were rooted in her tissue.
