Module 3: The Five Elements
In these lessons, you will go deeper into an understanding of the Five Elements and the organs, season, color, taste and emotions associated with each. As you explore Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal, Dr. LeTa offers Qigong postures paired with the corresponding sound to harmonize each element within you.
Module 4: Putting It All Together
This module offers an opportunity to assemble aspects of the wisdom given in the previous lessons into a plan for moving into embodiment and, ultimately, happiness. Here you will deepen your emotional recalibration by taking a deeper look at the things, people, foods and movements that bring you joy.
Module 5: Embodiment Practice
In this final lesson, Dr. LeTa takes you through a full embodiment practice of Qigong movements and sounds designed to open, detoxify, charge and balance all Five Elements. When done regularly, this practice is a foundational gateway into a greater universal experience of happiness.
