Module 1: Understanding Traditional Chinese Medicine

Dr. LeTa discusses how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) views happiness and presents a basic overview of the principles of (TCM) and its approach to health using the Five Elements.

Module 2: Introduction to Taoist Embodiment Practices

Here, you will gain an understanding of TCM’s system for working with aspects of consciousness and vitality, known in TCM as the Five Shen, and the healing sounds associated with each Shen. Dr LeTa also delivers an introduction to the principles of Qigong, a practice that is central to the transformation offered in this course.
