About Alinka Zellner

Alinka began dieting when she was just 10 years old. She obsessed for years over her appearance. She hated her body and constantly hid, even when in plain sight. Determined to fulfill weight loss goals, she tried all the diets, as frustratingly contradictive as they were, and each led her back to weight gain and feelings of shame. 

That was until she discovered another way. A way outside the parameters of the diet culture. An unrestrictive way that helped her not only shed weight but also fall in love with the pleasure of food. She is now able to live life freely, feeling empowered and amazing in her body.

Education & Professional Experience:

Alinka studied at Naropa University and The Institute for the Psychology of Eating, respectively earning a degree in the psychology of health and healing and a certification as a mind-body eating coach. Expanding her studies, Alinka also holds certification as a somatic soul coach. Integrating modalities and training from these fields, Alinka has created a teaching style that blends creative expression, wisdom traditions, neuroscience, and personal experience to help others find their individual pathway to healing and a quantum shapeshift.
