Engage in gratitude processes that liberate you and help you understand what people and experiences are a natural yes and how to compassionately communicate your no.  Release “The Plan”[icon-fa-map]Relax, nothing is under control. Course Curriculum

Module 1: Week 1

You are Enough - Did you know that you are ok, just as you are? That may seem like a stretch in your current reality, but in this module, you will learn how to embrace the enoughness of yourself and understand that the answers to your deepest questions lie within you. 

Module 2: Week 2

Embracing Your Beautiful Body - Your body is a beautiful vessel that has carried you SO far in this life. In this module Mariel leads you through the processes and a gentle yoga practice, all designed to help you appreciate your body and drop into greater presence. 

Module 3: Week 3

Your Relationship to Nourishment - What is your relationship to food? Is it a source of pain and restriction or is it an act of love and pleasure? Learn how to savor the beauty found in the food that brings you pleasure and life. 

Module 4: Week 4

Slowing Down for Rest - Taking space for rest and rejuvenation can be challenging. In this module, you will explore processes that honor restorative rest and allow you to slow down and embrace this powerful reset. 

Module 5: Week 5

Gratitude - Even in the midst of a challenge, there is always something to be grateful for. This module guides you through the process of identifying all that you can be grateful for in your past, presence and future. 

Module 6: Week 6

Claiming Boundaries - Understanding what your boundaries are and how to communicate them with clarity and kindness is an important step in uncovering your true radiance. Here, Mariel walks you through a simple process to identify what is a yes for you and what is a no.  

Module 7: Week 7

Letting Go of “The Plan” - Control is such an illusion, and one that often keeps us trapped in experiences of suffering. This module will help you let go into a relationship with life that is full of curiosity, flow, and play. 

Module 8: Week 8

Gathering Community - You are never truly alone. This module helps you understand the importance of leaning into those around you to hold you up when you are weary, inspire you when you are depleted, and lead the way when you are lost.
