To get started Basil and Elle want you to get in tune with who you currently are, what you really want and need, and how you wish to show up in this world. Through self-expression strategies, you’ll gain a better understanding of what makes you original and unique.

Lesson 1: Energy Management

In lesson 1, you’ll explore two very important ways to manage and uplift your energy; being well rested and keeping a good track of time. 

Lesson 2: Body Movement

Regular body movement enhances the mind-body connection, fostering a deeper connection to your true essence and serving as a powerful resource for stress relief and emotional expression.

Lesson 3: Connection With Food

Everyone has a different connection and relationship with food. In lesson 3, you’ll learn how your dietary choices and habits have far-reaching effects on your well-being and gain perspective about how to eat cleaner and healthier without sacrificing preference.

Lesson 4: Honesty & Communication

When Basil and Elle started their relationship, one of their main goals was to unlearn the unhealthy communication patterns they had experienced in previous relationships and find a new path forward together. In lesson 4, you’ll learn how to create an honest relationship with yourself so you can have healthier relationships with others.

Lesson 5: Boundaries & Triggers

In Lesson 5, you’ll gain better awareness about how to identify and express your  boundaries and how to respond constructively when you feel someone has set off your triggers.

About Elle Jade & Basil Spalding

Basil Spalding has a long history of leading group counseling based on the Buddhist values of kindness and world peace. Raised in a family that valued nurturing others through food, Basil has always found joy and connection in feeding people. He has been a private chef at well-known wineries in Napa Valley, California cooking for NFL players, celebrities, and corporate executives.

Elle Jade brings to the table a knowledge about a variety of healthy eating methods, and a passion for truth, honesty, and healthy relationships. From the hardships of past relationships, she learned a lot about how to nurture healthy connections with herself and others. This life experience generated a clear awareness about how to experience healthy relationships—a topic she has committed herself to researching and understanding for years.

Together, Elle and Basil have been on a journey for three years. A journey to be honest and kind, to truly express their inner selves, to communicate clearly, and leave themselves open up to new ways of living that bring out the best in both.
