Fear is an opportunity. An opportunity to ask questions. To explore what you’d like to discover. To figure out the next step that’s best for you. In module two, you will nurture the questions about where you want to go and who you’d like to become as a courageous wise woman.

Module 3: Overcoming Fears & Barriers

Many of our fears and barriers arise simply because we have a hard time getting out of our own way. Module 3 centers on practical tools and handy resources you can access at any time to minimize worry and remain calm and confident.

Module 4: Listening To Your Body

Your body is a vehicle for inner peace. Gain a better understanding of your mind-body connection and how, by activating your body, you can obtain inner peace and open your mind to new ideas and opportunistic mindsets.  

Module 5: Tuning Into The Wisdom Of The Heart

The heart is a sweet and special place. It is your home and place of safety. It deserves to be nurtured and cared for. In module 5, you’ll slow down and get still so you can better listen to what your heart wants and yearns for.

Module 6: Living With Joy and Purpose

Joy is simple if you let it be. And to Kathy, tapping into joy is tapping into your soul. In module 6, you’ll identify what brings you the greatest joy and use that knowledge to help identify your purpose. 

Module 7: Light Up The World

At this point in the course, you’ve gained a lot of awareness about yourself and who you want to be or become. In module 7, you’ll take that blissful recognition and share it with the world around you.
