Week 1: Creating Change: Exploring Willingness & Safety 

Here Veronica shares that, “The first step in moving through something is to be with it.” This first week is all about establishing a foundational relationship with the tools of EMF and Compassion Key to help your subconscious breathe into a new reality of safety and a willingness to explore change.   

Week 2: Identifying, Loving, and Accepting Your Core Wounds and Beliefs

In these lessons Veronica walks you through a series of processes to help you identify your core wounds and limiting beliefs. From there, she guides you to accept the emotions that arise from these wounds as you learn how to work through your limiting beliefs using a personalized EMF script.
