Lessons in Intimacy

Are you tired of feeling lonely and unloved, like you're living with a stranger instead of a partner? Is your relationship lacking the deep emotional connection it once had? Are you desperately wishing you could feel intimately connected, again?

This course is here to bring you hope. Sharla and Robert offer profound tools to help you create intimacy in your relationship through intentionality, rituals, and learning to, once again, prioritize your relationship. Their proven techniques will help you break down the walls that have been keeping you apart - and open up channels for genuine, soul-nourishing intimacy.

Course Takeaways

Relationships have a way of challenging our thinking, exposing underdeveloped parts of ourselves, and driving us to grow. Opening up to deeper intimacy means opening up to a process of stretching into a better version of yourself while also cultivating a greater awareness of your partner.

Self-Awareness as a Path to Greater Intimacy

A fulfilling relationship begins within the hearts and minds of each individual. As you become more aware of the ways you respond to stress, seek validation and communicate, you develop a beautiful baseline understanding of yourself. This process reveals why awareness of self is key to strengthening the foundation of your relationship.

Open the Door to Deeper Connections

Appreciation, emotional safety, and knowledge of your partner’s world, aka love maps, are critical ingredients for a healthy relationship. Many are simply unaware of how to cultivate these important support pillars. Learn the basic habits that will create a strong foundation of connection between you and your partner.

Simple Habits That Fuel Passion and Romance

Turning up the heat in a relationship doesn’t always look like candlelit dinners and romantic getaways. Although those experiences are wonderful, building daily rituals for simple connections that support turning toward each other more frequently can add a surprising amount of passion and romance to your relationship every day.
